Our Story

Our grill experts are butchers by profession hailing from Telangana state, also known as land of famous "Kohinoor" diamond. Grilling the meat on a wood fired charcoal grill has been their specialty for generations. The grilling process consists of many steps like selecting the right Sheep/Chicken/Fish, cutting the meat delicately, marinating the same using the perfectly balanced sauce and grilling the meat is a very challenging and immensely satisfying experience.

Software Engineer by profession holds MS in Computer Science from Florida, USA worked and lived in USA for more than 20 years, worked in several global companies before starting multiple software companies in USA. A vivid food lover, food specialist by hobby and has own restaurants in USA. Successfully built and operating a 3 start hotel called Landmark in Warangel for the last 10 years.

Food consultant and Dairy specialist by profession, holds BS in Dairy technology and MS in food technology from IIT Kharagpur, worked in large global food companies like Nestle, Coca Cola in senior positions in India and USA for more than 20 years. He is currently practicing as consultant for meat, dairy and food products in India and Africa. Advising Cyma Hospitality in food recopies menu and business strategy.
